We had a great time on Thursday evening at the Rosenfield Porcini Gallery. The guests loved the canapes and the Champagne flowed. Amazing feedback from our client and the guests so we hope to be back.

Watch out for my Persian Pop up Supper Club....coming soon
|Collecting the ingredients - dried limes, lamb shoulder, coriander,dill, parlsey, fenugreek, kidney beans|
|loads of chopping|
|fry the herbs in a little oil|
|......... the smells are amazing in the kitchen, and take me back 30 years to when I was a student at Cardiff Uni.|
|and finally the finished dish...full of citrusy sour flavours from the dried limes.|
serve with saffron rice and baberries.
