Just received an email from Jeanne regarding the Food Photography Workshop on May 1st and 2nd. 

.....We LOVED the food!  From the muffins on the first morning to the canapés – all the food was just outstanding, and photogenic! Thanks you SO much – we really could not have done it without you and Beejal – you are both amazing!...

.......I'm smiling big time!

Getting the Wales garden ready for planting

1st task....dig up last years leeks and have a photo taken in a stupid hat

2nd - lay out your 'very fine harvest of leeks' and admire them... with some onions if you you have them handy

3rd.....obtain a hard working brother to rotivate your garden for you

4th - whilst the hard working brother is rotivating the garden, remember to admire the evening view

last, but most important of all, ensure your mother is on hand to supervise procedings!
