Chicken tagine with pickled lemons and olives

Finally the lemons I pickled 6 weeks ago are now ready.........time to make chicken tagine with pickled lemons and green olives. 

the final dish,....so delicious. The sauce is rich with saffron and ginger.
Making your own pickled lemons makes such as difference, and it's not too much of an effort for the reward!
